Shipping
Our aim is to deliver your purchase rapidly, economically and conveniently, to most parts of the world.
To achieve this we use the services of An Post / DPD.
Delivery times will depend on the method of shipping you choose.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Customers with shipping addresses within the EU will not be subject to import duties upon delivery of orders.
Customers with shipping addresses outside EU may be liable for import taxes & duties. This is beyond Mandy’s Celtic Pearls control as duties vary from one country to another.
Mandy’s Celtic Pearls accept no responsibility for duties & taxes incurred at point of entry. We recommend you contact your local customs office for advice on any potential charges you may incur.
We aim to process all orders within 48hrs.

We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Changes to the shipping address are not permitted once your order has been placed.
Returns
Returns can be made up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We are sorry but items outside of the 30 day return policy are not eligible for refund.
You will be kept informed of each step of the refund process, letting you know receipt of your refund goods and issuing of funds back to your PayPal account.
PayPal refunds and instantaneous.
We do not accept returns on Earrings under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: Any jewellery that shows signs of wear or has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.
